Why do we care?

What is BioSig?
The test is done using callipers to pinch your body at 12 different sites to test the amount of fat stored in each area of the body
Why do we use BioSig?
Quite simply, it’s a tool we use to track our client’s performance
Whatever the client’s goal, BioSig gives us more information about our clients and how their body is responding to their training, nutrition and current lifestyle
The results of the test help to give our trainers feedback so that they can tweak the client’s program to suit what the results show when coupled with feedback from other ways we track
